Pear&Raspberry Lotus STRUDEL Pastry Sour Ale
A cooperative brewing with DEJF brewery brewed at DEJFa in Studénka, when this time we brewed a beer cake. The beer is a PASTRY SOUR beer style, in which we used 20 kg of pears, 20 kg of raspberries, a pile of LOTUS biscuits and cinnamon. The beer is brewed with its 20% EPM has 6.5% alcohol. The resulting beer has a very fruity taste with notes of sour cherries, plums, caramel cookies and even a touch of chocolate.
