Cold Australian IPA 14%
The COLD IPA style of beer was only recently created in the USA. Bottom fermentation yeast is used, but at temperatures lower than usual for top fermentation, therefore COLD….. Part of the malt is replaced with rice flakes to achieve a dry character. The hopping process is already the same as for the IPA style, this time we used a combination of Australian hops Eclipse, Ella and Enigma.
