Hoppy Day Tropical Sour IPA 14%
Cooperation with DEJF brewery stylishly called HOPPY DAY. This is a SOUR IPA beer style, which is complemented by tropical fruit eg. passion fruit, mango, papaya and pineapple. The kettle souring method was used, VERDANT IPA yeast were used for intensive whirlpool and dry hop with Citra and Sabro in CRYO supplemented with Talus and Galaxy. Enjoy this hop and fruit juice.
